Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (Australia): 3–8 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

KG Cultures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately—changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

KG Cultures is not liable for:

Packages marked as delivered but not received
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Lost or stolen packages

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
