KG Cultures – Non‑Refundable Policy

All Sales Are Final

At KG Cultures, every item is made and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are strictly non‑refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue

  • Packaging and tags must still be intact

Approved cases will receive a replacement of the same item only. No refunds will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KG Cultures is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Order Information

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout. KG Cultures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
